Before going to bed, I immerse myself in the profound teachings of the Bhagavatam. This ancient wisdom helps me end the day with uplifting thoughts and a balanced perspective on life, steering me away from the distractions of material gains and losses. As I close the book, it’s usually 10:30 PM—time for a restful night.
My day begins at 5:30 AM. To ensure I get up without hitting the snooze button, I keep my alarm clock far from the bed. This simple trick forces me to rise and kickstart my morning routine.
Within the next 15 minutes, I complete essential morning activities and move on to my favourite practice—Yogabhyas (yoga practice). Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the past 18 years, and its transformative power deserves a dedicated discussion in a future post.
After yoga, I focus on hydration. For the past few months, I’ve been experimenting with a morning saltwater ritual inspired by Dr. Andrew Huberman’s research. This practice has proven to be incredibly beneficial for enhancing neural function and overall productivity.
I prepare a decoction by adding a pinch of black salt and 5 to 6 fresh tulsi (holy basil) leaves to warm water. Stirring it well, I drink this refreshing concoction daily, and the positive impact on my day is undeniable.
Post-bath, I engage in my favorite part of the day—Dev Puja. This includes Sandhyavandan, mantra chanting, and japa (meditative repetition of sacred sounds). These moments of devotion ground me and provide clarity for the day ahead.
By 7:30 AM, my activities vary. On some days, I conduct yoga sessions, while on others, I indulge in reading and planning. Around 8:30 AM, my wife and I share a wholesome breakfast before heading to our clinic.
Upon reaching the clinic, we begin with a Dhanvantari Puja, seeking blessings for a fruitful day of service. Patient consultations, therapy research, and productive breaks fill my day, all contributing to a deep sense of mental satisfaction.
Today, my schedule includes an exciting task—shooting a new segment for our YouTube channel. The segment, titled The Resonance Mindset, aims to leave a powerful and lasting impact on viewers’ mindsets. Sharing insights through this platform is both a creative outlet and a way to connect with a broader audience.
After dinner, I return to my trusted companion, the Bhagavatam. This nightly ritual continues to provide profound insights and helps me end the day on a positive note.
Living a life rooted in naturopathy and yogic sciences allows me to maintain a harmonious balance between physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. Each day presents new opportunities to learn, serve, and grow.
Stay tuned for more insights from my journey. Until then, may your days be filled with purpose and positivity.
